explaining molecular shapes

Q- How does the number of things around a central atom affect the shape of a molecule?             A- We wanted to figure out if different bonds affect the shape of a molecule and we discovered that yes indeed they do. During our investigation we messed around with a program which allowed us to play around with different bonds and see the differences they make in shape and the different angles also created. Claim- yes, the number of things around a central atom affect the shape of a molecule. Evidence- i don't know how to put them into this typing but you saw our drawings and data in class. reasoning- VSPER is our main point of reasoning because it is a theory used to show the geometry of molecules from the number of electrons around the central atom. .
